Blouse has barely a dozen shows under its belt, but in one short year, the dream-pop band has moved from demos on a Bandcamp page to releasing their full-length debut on Captured Tracks. “We don’t want to take it for granted. The gods have been kind to us, so we just want to be kind back and work really hard.”

Four days, eight stages and 18 bands, including Breakfast Mountain, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Little Dragon, Drew Grow and the Pastor’s Wives, Pickwick, Lost Lander, Glass Candy, Jeffrey Jerusalem, Ravishers, Cass McCombs and Band of Horses in this recap of MFNW 2011.

The PDX band had their van stolen Sunday in Chicago after their performance at Lollapalooza. The van has been recovered, but the gear is still missing.

First playing the PDX Pop Now! comp release party in June, Lost Lander back and live outside on Saturday the 23 with another set of expansive, gorgeous pop.
