HAREFEST 12, Night 1. Canby, OR. July 18, 2024 / Photos

By Alison Webster //

This was my second year at Harefest and the first night of the festival. Witnessing and being part of the camaraderie within this rock n’ roll family has really been a magical experience. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind.

The vibe of this tribute festival is mellow, friendly, exciting, polite, clean & such a blast with amazing people who love music. And a huge bonus, no kids allowed!!

Harefest offers camping for 3 nights. Tall Douglas Fir trees provide shade, misting cooling tents, water refill stations, picnic tables. One delightful amenity that not many may have known about, is the air conditioning in the First Aid building. It was the perfect place to recuperate. Keep that in mind for next year!
There are also many outdoor games like, corn hole, connect four, and mini badminton. Many food options & merchandise vendors are also on site.

There are 3 stages.

Night 1 openers were Hall & Bros - Hall & Oates/Doobie Brothers Tribute, who got the crowd warmed up for the incredible Jukebox Heros - Foreigner Tribute. They had the best lighting. JBH gave a phenomenal performance.

To close out the night were headliners, Crazy Train - a really great Ozzy tribute.

Stay tuned for HAREFEST - Night 2 Photos.

thanks so much for being there. I played in Jukebox and Crazy Train, thanks so much for the kind words. We truly had a blast playing for nearly 3000 fans that night. :)
